A hotel with a good breakfast, a cozy room, daily cleaning and a convenient location. I don’t understand why there is such a price for it, because it could be more for the conditions and services that they provide. The room's windows overlooked a quiet inner courtyard, and the location of the hotel itself was good, 20 minutes to the center, and 3 minutes to the vaporetto (water public transport). There was no reception in the hotel itself, it was located one minute away at the hotel opposite, where there was also breakfast, but this did not in any way affect the quality of the stay. I would be glad to stay here again!

The location is the main advantage of this hotel. You need not worry about the countless bridges in Venice - with luggage, they are quite a challenge. The hotel is some 100 m away (a completely flat path) from the "Accademia" stop of 'vapporeto' (of the most frequent lines 1 and 2, but also the lines to Lido, etc.), which one can get from the bus station (Piazzale Roma) and from Santa Lucia railway station. There are no crowds running here and there all day long and at the same time, one is 2 minutes from both Canale Grande and the Lagoon shore.

OK firstly if you want total luxury then don't stay here. However for what you pay for in Venice I would recommend this hotel. We were on a budget and this met our needs. Breakfast was good, room was fine, beds were comfortable. The best part of the hotel was the location. It was 20 mins to Piazza di Marco, 15 mins from the Realto bridge. As always, I ask myself would I stay here again. The answer would be YES. Although I would love to stay at the sister hotel right across the street where we had breakfast but this is on another budget.

Location excellent, very efficient reception staff (treat them well and they will help, don't throw a tantrum like we saw some older guests attempt), beautiful bedroom with gilded soft wallpaper, very quiet room overlooking a street, working tv, friendly cleaning staff. The actual building we stayed at appeared to not be in use, a big empty hotel accross the street from the reception building. But it's clean and new, I thought it was charming.

Michael

The reception people were friendly and nice, we could leave our backpacks after check-out. Breakfast was delicious and enough diverse 🥐☕🥚 The hotel is kind of closed or renovated, and we have to go to another for breakfast, but it was in 1 min, so ok. The room is in Italian gorgeous old fashioned style, it was red and dark😅 so we felt mysterious and like in the past. The bathroom was really warm with shampoo etc.
